VPX keeps listing simple: creating and publishing an approved listing is free. A service fee applies only when a seller reaches an eligible transaction through VPX.

What sellers see
Before eligible private checkout, the transaction records the agreed sale price, VPX service fee, and expected seller proceeds. Historical transactions retain the fee applied to that deal.
How payment works
- Buyer and seller agree on price through the private offer process.
- The seller completes Stripe-hosted payout setup.
- The buyer receives an eligible private Stripe Checkout link.
- VPX records payment and coordinates the remaining transaction steps.
- Seller proceeds follow the payout and transfer conditions shown in the transaction.
Not included in the VPX fee
Government registration charges, taxes, shipping, inspection, professional services, and other state-specific costs may apply. Those costs are not included unless the transaction explicitly says otherwise.
