Vanity Plate Exchange is a marketplace that helps buyers and sellers connect around personalized license plates. VPX does not guarantee a sale, a payment, or a government transfer.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for following state transfer rules. Buyers are responsible for confirming eligibility with the relevant government agency before relying on a plate.

Showing interest is not a bid, reserve, or purchase. Listing a plate does not mean it will sell. Transfer eligibility is determined by government agencies, not by VPX.

VPX may review, reject, or remove listings. These terms can change as the marketplace develops.
