Listings are submitted by real sellers and reviewed by VPX before publication. Transfer eligibility and requirements vary by state.

Listings

Sellers submit listings. VPX reviews them before they appear on the public marketplace. Review is not a guarantee of sale, ownership, or transfer.

Interest and deals

Showing interest is not a purchase, bid, or reserve. VPX may coordinate a deal. After a deal is priced, the buyer pays through a private VPX checkout. Marketplace listings are not a public checkout.

Transfers

Transfer requirements vary by state. Government agencies decide whether a plate can transfer. VPX does not complete DMV transfers.
