Report Fraud or Suspicious Activity
If a listing, user, message, or payment request appears suspicious, stop the transaction and contact VPX before sending money or documents.
Do not include sensitive information
Do not send passwords, payment card data, bank details, registration document numbers, or copies of private documents through the contact form.
What to report
- The plate text, state, and listing URL if available.
- Whether the concern involves a seller, buyer, offer, payment, or outside message.
- A factual description of what happened without sensitive documents.
